Purr Cat Food Branding & Packaging | Brand Identity

Purr was founded in 1952 in a small village in Canada by the MacTavish family. Purr, the family's elderly cat, loved delicious home-cooked food, but refused the commercial food available on the market. The family decided to make their own food for Purr and this led to the birth of Purr.

Purr has always adhered to the principles of using natural ingredients and avoiding additives. By sourcing fresh fish, meat and vegetables from local farmers and fishermen, the company maintained quality and supported the local economy. In the 1990s, the company switched to organic products, reaching a wider customer base. In the early 2000s, Purr focused on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices. It made its packaging materials fully recyclable and invested in renewable energy sources to reduce its carbon footprint. These efforts boosted the brand's reputation among eco-friendly consumers.

Purr has always prioritized animal welfare. The company regularly makes donations to animal shelters and cat protection associations and organizes awareness campaigns for homeless cats. In addition, a portion of every product sold goes to animal rights projects. Today, Purr is the choice of millions of cat owners around the world. The brand continues to grow through constant innovation and a focus on feline health. The company aims to provide personalized cat nutrition plans using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

From a small family business to a global brand, Purr continues to conquer the hearts of cat owners and cats with this story.

I hope you enjoy the fictional story I wrote. Besides designing, writing stories makes me feel great. So why did I use the name Purr? Purr means purring in English. The fact that it is a short and sweet word gives the feeling that it is integrated with the brand. The logo I created is very minimal and has thick lines. At this point, the word purr and the logo look very harmonious.
